In January 2007, Axxo has successfully concluded its work as main speaker and representative for SEGIPSA, State Company For The Management of Real Estate Properties, in the Refurbishment of two historical buildings in Segovia, that have now been converted into a "Parador" or Turistic Hotel and a Convention Centre.
The refurbished buildings are the "Casa de los Infantes" or Princes's Lodge (18.00sqm) and the Old "Cuartel de Guardia Corps" (10.000sqm), some Military premises inside the historical landmark of the "La Granja" Palace. Both buildings are located in the village of San Ildefonso, in Segovia.
