AXXO Management has been awarded for its Extensive Project Management Background

The Project Mangement division of AXXO has acquired great notoriety through projects such as the “Parador” and Convention Centre at La Granja in Segovia.

The President of Segipsa (Sociedad Estatal de Gestión Inmobiliaria de Patrimonio), Juan Antonio Blanco handed the award for excellence in Project Management Services to Mr. Alfonso Gutiérrez Manzanos, General Director at AXXO Management. Gutiérrez thanked Mr. Blanco for the award in the name of the Company and later took part in the Program with a conference about Project Management Implementation in industrial projects, a field in which the company has a broad experience. The general Manager at AXXO Management also went through the history of this company, created in 1999 as the chore of the AXXO Group, highlighting its main achievements. He spoke of how back in 2002, part of the company was detached to create AXXO Construction, a company dedicated to construction that woul not be part of the group due to its differentiated activity. To develop in a more specific way the different business units, AXXO Architecture was created in 2005, giving back the mother company the initial freedom to upkeep its independence to excel in its Project Management Services. AXXO Group integrated services, was born in 2005, as a support channel for the other companies of the Group. In his appreciation words Mr. Gutiérrez valued the collaboration between AXXO and SEGIPSA in the Site Supervision for the works of the Parador de Turismo and Convention Centre of La Granja in Segovia that has been done in two buildings belonging to the public company. This is one of the most recent and important interventions of the company, whose activity level makes them present in all specific debate forums and professional discussions in the sector.
