BBVA Residential Projects

AXXO's duty was to perform the Project Monitoring for some of the latest residential projects delivered by BBVA. Molina de Segura, La Algaba Pinto, Vallecas or Carabanchel were some of the locations in which AXXO worked as Project Monitor.

AXXO did the Project Monitoring of several residential developments like Molina de Segura (Murcia), La Algaba (Sevilla), Vallecas (Madrid), Pinto (Madrid),Carabanchel (Madrid), and others.

In each of the projects, AXXO must work together with the owner to obtain the pertinent quality in the specified timing. The site visits are done every fifteen days or every month, as per project needs. A Technical report monitoring the current status of the works is done after every visit to the site. One of the most significant challenges is the performance of all the Value Engineering proposals by the Project Monitoring team since this is a key tool to obtain the expected outcome.

In this type of jobs, AXXO focus on the following concepts: information flow rhythm, scope of information items, clarity, synthesis, value engineering, client's support, to keep the good relationship among the parties, and to watch over all contractual aspects relating client and rest of construction agents.
