The facility includes two buildings: "Casa de Infantes" and "Guarda de Corps". The facility has recently been handed over to the Owner, Paradores Nacionales de Turismo.

The new Parador Nacional is located in the heart of the historical complex of La Granja de San Ildefonso. For this matter, two of the existing palaces were refurbished: the "Casa de los Infantes" and the "Guardia de Corps" palaces.
Along two years and a half, AXXO has performed the project management, provided the Owner with full support at all times and coordinated all the different in-site technical teams, such as Acciona, Construction Administrators, architects, Quality Assurance teams, Structural and MEP engineers, etc.
The project is of great importance for the city of San Ildefonso since it shall boost tourism in the area and it also means the recovery of a place of reference within the historical complex.
