Complex Design & Production Centre
This industrial aerospace facility comprises a few industrial buildings turning it to be the largest aerospace facility in the Northern Madrid area.

Only one condition was given to AXXO at the very beginning: the facility had to be ready and in operation in 15 months. In a case like this, a precise fast-track strategy was needed. The use of the facility is the design and craftsmanship of aerospace components and pieces done with composite technology.
The job to be performed included different tasks: a) demolition of part of the original building, b) Study the situation of the entire complex regarding its compliance of fire safety regulations and c) construction of two new buildings that had to be integrated with the rest of the facility.
The final complex was composed by four different buildings connected to each other adding up to the amount of 13.000 sqm built on a site of 25.000 sqm. The first is an assembly facility, the second is an office building where the technical offices were located, the third is a bridge-building that holds all vertical communications and connections among the other three, and the fourth is a two storey facility capable of handling loads of 2 ton/sqcm. It required the construction of special armored beams.
The timing was from the very beginning the priority and the quality control was also an important part of the job, specially in a sector where the quality control culture is fundamental part of the core of it.
