One month per project and three months for the construction of each unit. Mapfre demands from us a precise delivery job with quick project turnover.

The modernisation of the central urban office net for Mapfre has been mainly done by AXXO since 2002. They are small office units that need to be out of operation for the least time possible. Time for construction has to be minimized.
In the same manner the projects need to be delivered on a record period of a month. Projects and site works have to be very efficiently synchronized with a properly set up production structure, to achieve this demanding timing.
The design of each of the offices is different but we always need to follow certain guidelines like the Mapfre corporate image that has to be incorporated in every office and the functionality and design criteria that should be equivalent in all premises. Finally the coordination with each contractor has to be very fluid in order to avoid delays that can be caused by deficient preliminary information.
Some of the urban offices that have been recently done are the following: Las Rozas, in Madrid, Majadahonda I, Majadahonda II, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Ofelia Nieto, Ingenioso Hidalgo, Camarma de Esteruelas, Eduardo Muñoz, Torrelaguna, Berrocal, Blanco Argibay, Caleruega, Dulcinea, etc.
